There's been a motor vehicle incident on Lanyon Drive, near the intersection with Sheppard street.
One southbound lane of Lanyon drive is blocked. This is causing traffic delays in the area, including on the Monaro Highway.
ACT Fire & Rescue, ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Policing are on scene.
The community is asked to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
