There is an elected representative committee that assists the ACT Fire & Rescue by representing the CFU membership. The Community Fire Unit Consultative Committee (CFUCC) meets with ACT Fire & Rescue management to assist in maintaining the success and direction of the program from a strategic view. Committee members are elected every two (2) years as nominated by CFU members.
