4:29 PM: A grass and bushfire is burning adjacent to Gungahlin Drive, between the intersection of Ellenborough St and the Barton Highway.

ACT Fire & Rescue, the ACT Rural Fire Service and the ACT Parks and Conservation Service are on scene responding to the fire.

No properties are under threat at this time.

The community is asked to monitor conditions and avoid the area.
