Advice for community members requesting assistance from the ACTSES

Since Friday afternoon, the ACT State Emergency Service has received more than 900 requests for assistance from the Canberra community. 
 
If you have requested assistance, you may receive a call-back seeking further information. This call may come from a Canberra landline or mobile number. 

If you no longer need assistance or have missed a call from the ACTSES, please call back on 132 500. 
 
Staff and volunteers from the ACTSES, ACTF&R, TCCS, PCS, and NSWSES are working as quickly as possible to attend to all incidents.

If you are still without power, a community support hub has been established at Melba Copland Secondary School - Senior Campus at 97 Verbrugghen Street.
