ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service have responded to a workplace incident at Lanyon Marketplace, Conder.
Paramedics and Firefighters worked together to extricate a young male whose fingers became trapped in a meat mincer.
Firefighters manually disassembled the meat mincer to free the man's fingers.
Paramedics treated the patient on scene before transferring him to the Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
WorkSafe ACT are currently on the site of the incident and have commenced their investigation.
