The ACT Emergency Services Agency has many strategically located operational facilities throughout the ACT. These have been located to provide the best coverage for our emergency responses to the community and any assistance required in the surrounding region of NSW.

Due to the nature of our work, our operational facilities do not have staff present all the time.

Therefore, phone '000' for all emergencies, including the reporting of rural fires.
